During my initial days with iPhone, I was dumbstruck when notification preview of all my mails and messages were shown on the lock screen and surprisingly unlike Android there was not option to disable them. Though notifications on lock screen are quite handy most of the times but that also means anyone having access to your phone for even 1 minute can allow them to see snippets of information that might be private. - Your iPhone should be running on iOs 7 or above (iOs 7,8,9 compatible).
- In order to hide notifications from lock screen, make sure your iPhone is Jailbroken.
How To Hide Notifications From Lock Screen On iPhone :
Step 1 : Head over to Cydia, If you don’t know what it is, then probably your iPhone is not Jailbroken. I recommend you to Jailbreak your iOs device first and then continue with the guide.

Step 2 : Once installation is done, head over to iPhone Settings and scroll down to CleanLock. Under CleanLock, make sure Enabled bar is On.
